An introductory practical session for instrumental teachers introducing basic nervous system information to understand Performance Related Anxiety within the context of performance.
To enable you to help your students manage their stress levels, achieve more flow, prevent injuries and to create a more holistic and efficient way of practicing their instrument.
You will leave with a toolbox of easy to learn practices that will equip you to spot common red flags before they become chronic, and make the lessons more productive , fun and focussed.

Are you a performer experiencing Performance Related Anxiety (stage fright), or stress? Do you suffer with muscular tension and chronic pain? Is your practice unfocussed and not yielding the expected results?
In this workshop, Elena will share various evidence-based, Yoga, Embodiment and Breathing techniques to help you manage your stress levels, achieve more flow, prevent injuries and to create a more holistic and efficient way of practicing your instrument.
You will leave with a toolbox of easy to apply practices , that will enable you to self-regulate and prevent common injuries, release tension, spot any red flags before they become chronic problems and have a more positive mindset , allowing you to achieve your artistic goals.
Focussing on early prevention, using basic yoga, embodiment and mindfulness tools.
