Long hours of practicing uses huge amounts of energy and bad practice habits can cause much of the tension, aches and pains, repetitive stress injuries , anxiety, insomnia, rumination and other classic symptoms of stress.
In these especially tailored sessions I will share efficient ways to help you understand the stress response with specific regards to performance and how to self-regulate.
I am a fully qualified Senior Yoga, Mindfulness Teacher & Coherent Breath Coach and have been a concert pianist for over 30 years.
I am an international concert pianist & recording artist, piano professor at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and a fully where I also share Yoga & Mindfulness classes with the both the keyboard and dance students.
The class totally changed my energy since waking up. I felt a bit irritated but then, while I was doing Yoga and Coherent Breathing, my mood improved and my perspective change into a more kind, loving, and also empowering and confident one
The class helped start the day with more energy and a good mood!
