Body-Literacy for women who want to get into their Menopause

Thank you for a brilliant Menopause class yesterday! It had everything I love in it- a little chat, strength work plus calming restorative poses. It was the best!
I love attending these classes.They have been a wonderful addition to my life.
I have also found myself adopting the pose in bed before sleep. I felt supported at every point and was able to rest deeply, allowing various body parts to yield to the support and restore myself. It was a practice in observing where I needed more 'support' both physically and mentally and then responding to that need if I chose to - you said yoga doesn't need to be hard or like exercise - it can be gentle and strong even when rested ie., finding the strength of rest.

Befriend yourself, rebalance the elements, strenghten the bones and restore faith in your body's innate wisdom.
Carve sane space for yourself after drop off.
